What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is a sacred conversation between three people: you, me, and the Spirit. It’s a space of deep listening, where we pay attention to your soul’s unfolding and the invitations of God in your life.
What is a Spiritual Director?
There are many ways to describe a Spiritual Director, however my favourite came from a friend of mine... "it's like a life coach for your faith."

“A spiritual director’s role is to invite the directee to recognize and respond to the voice of God in their lives.”
~ Trevor Hudson

Meet Andrea
I’m a spiritual director with a heart for holding sacred space—where questions are welcome, stories are honored, and the Spirit is always gently at work. I hold a Master of Divinity in Spiritual Formation and am currently pursuing certification with the Canadian Council of Professional Certification. I’m a member of the Tyndale Association of Spiritual Directors, and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Practices.

Alongside my practice, I’m engaged in doctoral studies through a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) program, where my research explores how adverse experiences within the church impact our God-image and sense of belonging. I’m especially drawn to those who find themselves navigating spiritual disorientation, deconstruction, or the quiet ache of disconnection from faith as they once knew it.

As someone grounded in the Christian tradition, I bring that perspective to my work while fully respecting the beliefs and practices of those I accompany. My intention is never to convert, but to share a compassionate presence with others in a spirit of mutual respect and care.
Whether you're longing to reconnect with God, curious about your true self, or simply needing space to be heard, I’d be honored to walk with you.
